Drainage Upgrades at Holly Drive and Clover Street

To reduce flooding and improve road conditions, drainage repair work will take place at the intersection of Holly Drive and Clover Street beginning on Wednesday, November 30. Work will include some minor paving. Work is expected to take approximately five weeks to complete and will have minimal impacts on traffic.

This area is prone to flooding due to large volumes of surface water run-off that often collects at this location. These repairs will support BC Housing’s ongoing efforts to maintain and preserve building on-site, including those that are tenanted and untenanted.

Construction will take place between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturdays. Soil disturbance works will be overseen by an archaeological monitor, and a qualified arborist will be involved to ensure minimal disturbance to nearby trees.
